Funded by the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), the SheTrades Rwanda project is implemented by ITC Women and Trade programme from September 2020 - February 2022.
The project is a component of the EIF funded “Project to Enhance the Effectiveness and Efficiency of Export Growth Initiatives” managed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Rwanda (MINICOM).
What is our aim?
To increase the competitiveness of women-owned businesses in Rwanda and connect them to markets, especially local and regional markets!
How?
⭐ By improving the business support ecosystem to support the growth of women's economic empowerment initiatives and activities (through the establishment of a SheTrades Hub in Rwanda – open to all sectors)
⭐ Increasing the competitiveness and business-linkage opportunities of women owned businesses in the coffee and horticulture sectors.
How can I be part of the project?
For women-owned businesses, APPLY HERE before 31 December 2020
Criteria for women-owned businesses:
✔️ At least 30% owned, managed and controlled by woma(e)n;
✔️ Legally registered and incorporated company
✔️ Residing in an economy in Rwanda
✔️ Have an active account on www.shetrades.com
