(Geneva) The 8th edition of SheTrades Global is co-hosted by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and Dubai Exports, in collaboration with Expo 2020 Dubai will be held both online and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 17 - 19 October 2021.
A six-month training programme to prepare for SheTrades Global will begin on 8 March 2021.
SheTrades Global is the premier global business event to connect women entrepreneurs with buyers, investors and partners. With a strong focus on business generation, investment and innovation, SheTrades Global is an opportunity to do business, get inspired and forge new partnerships.
Over 3000 top industry leaders, international delegations of women entrepreneurs, policy makers and investors from more than 90 countries in search of innovation, new trade and investment opportunities will attend SheTrades Global Dubai. Previous editions of the event have generated over US$ 80 million worth of trade and investment opportunities.
Centred on the theme of sustainability, participants, experts and stakeholders from around the world will come together to share and learn how they can transform value chains sustainably by leveraging partnerships and technology.

The agenda includes inspirational talks, clinics and master classes led by experts that will take place prior to the event as part of the 6-month preparation programme. From 17 October SheTrades Global officially kicks-off in Dubai. Mentoring sessions, investment pitch competitions, B2Bs and networking meetings will be organised onsite for the benefit of women entrepreneurs. Over six months after the event ITC SheTrades in collaboration with Expo 2020 Women's Pavilion will continue to host joint activities with international partners on themes ranging from climate and biodiversity to digital connectivity.
